Can I use my existing domain?+
Yes. You add your domain and publish the DNS records shown in the console.
Do I need to be a developer?+
No. Mailboxes and domains are managed in the console; SMTP and API are optional.
How many email addresses are included?+
Starter includes 1 mailbox, Team includes 5, and Business includes 10. Each mailbox is a separate inbox for a person or role such as info@yourbusiness.co.tz.
Do I need my own domain?+
No. Choose a no-domain plan to use an address on our platform domain, or bring your own domain for a custom business address.
How do I upgrade?+
Sign in, open Plans & billing, choose a plan and pay by mobile money. The plan activates after the payment provider confirms it.
